Emergency Needs to Support Residents in North Columbia during Coronavirus
At Serve & Connect, we are proud to do what we can to support our community during times of need. In partnership with our North Columbia Youth Empowerment Network, we are seeking to do what we can to help neighbors living in North Columbia, defined at the 29203 zip code, during the coronavirus pandemic.
The purpose of this form is to help us understand what needs exist in the community so we can do our best to help. We cannot guarantee that resources will be available as there is a limited supply. However, we will do our best to help.
Your information will be located on a secure database and not shared with anyone without your permission.
